Reed Smith, a leading global law firm, was embarking on a series of ambitious workflow, systems, technology, change, and AI initiatives. Although they had strong internal teams, they required an expert recruitment partner in Change and Transformation who could quickly identify and secure the right talent.

The partnership delivered consistent success. Across the duration of the partnership, a total of 21 CVs were shortlisted. Of these, 18 candidates were invited to first stage interviews, 13 progressed to final interviews, and 7 were ultimately offered positions. Every offer was accepted, resulting in a 100 percent fill rate across all roles.
Importantly, all hires were delivered on time, aligning seamlessly with project start dates and ensuring no disruption to critical programmes. The quality of candidates meant Reed Smith could move quickly through the process with confidence, saving valuable time and resources. Diversity was also a strength of the partnership, with 71 percent of placements being female, helping to further balance and strengthen their Change and Transformation teams.
